Let us know what you think

Following on from the consultation process, our pre-application & Strategic Development meetings with the Local Council, and confirmation that our proposals would not comprise Environmental Impact Assessment form of Development, a detailed planning application has now been submitted to North Lincolnshire Council.

You can comment directly to the Council by using the link below to the Council’s Planning Portal:

PA/2024/513 | North Lincolnshire Planning Portal (northlincs.gov.uk)

Or you can email any comments through to: planning@nelincs.gov.uk – using reference PA/2024/513

The council will now conduct its own consultation on the application, as well as ask for views from specialist consultees.

As part of the planning process it is vital that you have your say so we encourage you, especially those in favour of the project to register your support on the planning portal as well as on this web page.

The Local Council have a statutory timescale in which to determine a planning application of 13 weeks from validation.

If the scheme is approved, we would hope to start work on site as soon as possible and expect that construction work would take around 18 -24 months to complete.

We are still keen to get as much feedback as possible and you can leave your comments and suggestions below. This will enable us to make any amendments to the proposals through the application process.

Millea Land Ltd has partnered with Holmes & Gardens & Camstead Ltd to bring forward the scheme for a mixed-use redevelopment of the existing Garden Centre and adjacent land. Taking place in the cafe at Holmes & Gardens, Millea Land Ltd and the landowner have held short presentations and Q&A sessions in early September - thanks to those who attended. If anyone has any outstanding questions, please get in touch.

Our Partnership agreed at the outset to focus on providing genuine benefits to Epworth and to do what was right for the town. We asked the local community to advise us on what they truly think is required to ensure the town remains a vibrant place now and for future generations.
